Quickly and securely verify your identity with Interac Verified™ Solutions. Use your online banking login from a participating financial institution or take a photo of your Canadian passport or provincial driver’s licence and take a selfie.
Set up your account by entering an email and creating a password.
Activate your account using a secure link sent to your inbox.
*You may be asked to enter your policy number as part of the registration process. You can find it on the first page of your policy document, billing document or investment statement.

Once you’ve created an Online Services account, you can enjoy even more convenience with our mobile app. You can submit a claim, access your auto insurance liability slip (pink slip) and more with just a few taps.
