Insurance Investments Group Claims About us

Get the most out of your Co-operators investing experience

At Co-operators, we want to help you invest in the best way possible. That means understanding what’s available to you as a client, so you can get the most out of your experience and so you can connect with a financial representative for support, whenever you need it.

No matter which types of investments you have, here are simple ways to stay on top of your money, make personal updates and find the things you need, quickly.

Monitor your mutual funds

If you hold a mutual funds investment with Co-operators, sign in to your dashboard. There, you can view your account balances and documentation, transaction history, quarterly statements and year-end tax documents. You can also go paperless by choosing electronic delivery for your quarterly statements and tax documents. Your online documents contain all the same information as the paper versions, and you’ll receive an email notification whenever they’re ready to view.

Monitor your segregated funds

Having an online services account is a convenient way to keep tabs on your segregated fund investments. We’ve made it easy to view and update your personal information, assign or reassign beneficiaries, check the current value of your investments, retrieve your monthly statements, as well as realign your contribution percentages, your risk profile and so on. Sign up or sign in here.

Through Online Services, you can also access the Investments section of cooperators.ca, which includes:

Access investment resources

Our Market View page includes a weekly Investment Update, which rounds up news on financial markets and provides insights into the current financial headlines. An easy-to-read stock and bond chart also summarizes weekly and year-to-date market returns. At the bottom of the page, you can sign up for our latest investing email series.

If you’re looking for even more financial- and investment-related content, check out our Resource Centre for an array of informative articles.

Contact your financial representative

Your Co-operators financial representative is always happy to help. Reach out to them any time you have questions, or to book an appointment. And be sure to keep them up to date on any big changes to your personal situation – things that impact your health or your finances, such as marriage, a growing family or a sudden windfall. That way, your investments can also stay on track to meet your changing goals.

If you don’t yet have a Co-operators financial representative, use the Find a Financial Representative tool. Or contact the client service team to retrieve the forgotten or misplaced information for your existing representative.
