Step 1: Have your policy number and name as it appears on your policy.
Step 2: Answer a few TransUnion Canada questions to verify your identity.
Step 3: Set up your account by entering an email and creating a password.
Step 4: Activate your account using a secure link sent to your inbox.
Add your pink slip to your mobile wallet
Access your digital insurance slip (pink slip) for any of your auto insurance policies. You can even show it securely from your lock screen. Here’s how to add pink slips to your mobile wallet:
- From your mobile device’s web browser, sign in to Online Services.
- Use the “Get your pink slip” link in the home page “Quick links” section or select “Documents” from the main menu.
- Under “Digital insurance slip”, select “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet".
- You’re all set. Remember to download a new pink slip whenever your policy is updated; we’ll email you before we renew your policy.
Although this digital insurance slip is valid proof of insurance in most provinces and states, we recommend that you always keep a paper copy with you.
