Craig oversees all aspects of the Technology function including strategy, architecture, information security, data management, infrastructure, development, and applications. He is responsible for ensuring modern and reliable technology solutions support the evolving needs of our business, clients, and employees.

His successes include leading a major transformation that combined people-centric claims service with expanded digital capabilities and advanced use of AI to enhance both client experience and operational performance.
Craig holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is both a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA).
