If drywall is dampened by clean water, our preferred vendors bring in high-powered fans to begin the drying process, prevent mould, reducing environmental impact and saving money.
Soft contents cleaning
Instead of throwing away furniture and other soft material items, our preferred vendors use special cleaning equipment to return items to their original (or better) state.
TomorrowStrongTM
With our TomorrowStrong™ coverage, you can receive up to $3,000 if you replace or repair with materials that offer better protection against the elements.

Following a claim, we supply a list of vendors committed to energy conservation, emissions reduction and more.
ReClaim program
This unique program provides Habitat for Humanity ReStores with good-quality materials salvaged from a home claim, like building materials, appliances, furniture, and home decor items.
