Social wellness
We foster the social well-being and health of Canadians, with a focus on helping young people ages 18 to 25 build mental health resilience.
Mental health challenges among young people are more pressing than ever. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 70% of mental health challenges begin during childhood or adolescence; and research highlighted by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health shows that people ages 15 to 24 are more likely to experience mental illness than any other age group. That’s why we’ve partnered with organizations across Canada that provide mental health support for youth.
