A little information about me; I have been in the insurance industry for over 25 years, with 15 years as an Agency Owner with Co-operators. I have worked in many roles as a producer, owner and recruiter.

My favourite line of insurance is business/commercial insurance. As a small business owner myself, I love helping clients find the proper coverage for their businesses. It's gratifying to meet so many wonderful business owners in our city and see them succeed in entrepreneurship.

My wife and I have seven children and two grandchildren. We're a blended family and enjoy every moment of it.

We love to travel and are very involved in the arts community in Canada, as my wife is an author.

When I'm not at the office, you'll often find me at the go-karting track in Martensville, or at the lake, enjoying a book.

Associate Insurance Advisor

Cally joined our team in the spring of 2023 and has been a great addition to our office.

She comes from the hospitality industry and is no stranger to customer service. Originally from Moose Jaw, she moved to Saskatoon for the big city life in Saskatchewan.

The insurance industry has always intrigued her because of the constant challenges and continued ability to learn and grow.

She is handling our auto and home insurance lines, after working in our admin role for only six short months!

When she's not at work, you'll find her at the neighbourhood Leopold’s or cooking up a new recipe to try.

Cyrus Baird

Associate Insurance Advisor

Cyrus is the newest member of our team! He was born and raised in Saskatoon and his love for Saskatchewan has kept him here.

Cyrus has an insurance background of almost three years in a brokerage. He's excited to experience a difference pace and the challenge of working for an agency within a co-operative.

Our team is looking forward to having him on board and we have no doubt our clients will love his calm and kind-natured approach.

Cyrus will be specializing in our personal lines and hopes to obtain his Level 2 Licence within the next year.

When Cyrus is not at work, he enjoys playing soccer, as it's his favourite sport.

Gordon Ross

Farm Specialist

Gordon joined the farm and hail insurance industry in 1988 and began working for Co-operators in 1996 as a Farm and Commercial Specialist. In addition to insurance, Gordon had an extensive farming career, from which he retired in 2012. Because of this experience, he connects to our farm insurance clients on a whole different level.

He is coming up to his 35th anniversary in the industry and has seen all the challenges and transitions that our farm clients have had to overcome in the past few decades. Even though he no longer farms, you can still find him out in the field or on the road visiting his clients.

Gord loves to spend time with his family. He has three sons and six grandchildren and when he's not with them, he's busy cheering on his favourite sports team, the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Hayven Tucker

Client Support Representative

Hayven just passed her first year with us! You probably spoke to Hayven first when calling in or coming in, as she is our Client Support Representative.

She has obtained her Level 1 Licence and often helps out our team with our auto line.

Hayven came to Saskatoon to visit, but fell in love with our city and moved here permanently from Alberta. Her grandfather owned an insurance brokerage in Alberta many decades ago and she is very excited to follow in his footsteps.

Hayven has a love for books and stationery. You'll often find her at a local bookstore or places like Indigo.

Jennifer Proznik

Associate Financial Advisor*

Mutual Fund Investment Specialist**

Jennifer entered the financial services industry in 1996. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, specializing in the areas of personal insurance, wealth accumulation and estate planning.

She has been active in her professional association, serving on the executive of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, for over 10 years. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Jennifer practiced nursing in both hospital and community settings. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and her understanding of healthcare and the healthcare system is invaluable when discussing important issues surrounding insurance.

She specializes in wealth management, permanent life insurance and mutual funds.

When Jennifer isn't at the office, she loves spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters, or playing soccer alongside her husband, Phil, at the soccer centre.

Maeve Kelleher

Associate Financial Advisor*

Mutual Fund Investment Specialist**

Maeve is an Associate Financial Advisor in our office. Her role is contacting clients by phone and meeting in the office to ensure that their life, accidental death and dismemberment, and critical illness insurance needs are met.

Maeve is always looking for her next challenge and recently completed all CFP® pre-course work and wrote the exam all within a year – a challenge that many take two or three years to complete.

In addition, she wrote and passed her mutual funds exam and is looking forward to offering clients investment options in addition to personal insurance.

When Maeve was young, her dream job included being a journalist or a detective. She has a natural instinct to want to know the “why” in everything.

When Maeve is not at work, her favourite hobbies include cooking, creating woodwork projects for her home, and spending time with her blended family.

Nhu Gaudet

Office Manager

Nhu is our office manager, and was previously an Associate Insurance Advisor specializing in the areas of personal lines. She has obtained her Chartered Insurance Professional Designation, the most recognized designation in property and casualty insurance. She obtained her QAFP™ designation last year, and just achieved her CFP® designation this summer.

Her newest challenge will be taking on our commercial/business insurance line. She grew up in a small business and is excited to assist small business owners. In addition, she will continue to be involved in managing the agency, providing claims assistance and helping our personal lines team.

As much as she loves coming in to work, when she's not helping operate the day-to-day activities at the office, you will find her in her flower garden or spending time with her husband and their corgi.

Nikki Larson

Associate Insurance Advisor

Nikki is an Associate Insurance Advisor. She is our point of contact for all our business and farm clients. She works closely with Nhu and Gord to ensure our clients are taken care of.

Her favourite aspect of her job is that every day and every client are different. She recently passed her Level 2 exams and is looking forward to assisting our clients further.

When Nikki's not at work, she loves to go to the lake with family or watch movies with her partner, Chris, and her two cats and golden retriever.
