Erica is our newest member of the team. She began her journey with Co-operators in July of 2024, after graduating from Holland College and receiving her diploma in Event Management. Erica continues to grow here at Co-operators as her roles include selling auto insurance and overseeing our fleet book. She loves to sit down with clients to review their policies and their needs. She can be described as productive, kind-hearted, dedicated, and hard working. Erica is passionate when it comes to building strong relationships with clients, and finding the best solutions for each individuals needs. Erica enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In her spare time, she loves adventuring with her friends, going for walks on the beach, or exploring the island with family. Erica is excited to continue to grow and learn in her role as an advisor, and make lasting connections in the community.

Started with Co-operators December 2007 and working remotely at the Summerside Office January 2022.
This seasoned employee has held several positions in the Co-operators family. Currently working with the McRorie Insurance & Financial Services Ltd., in the commercial department. She brings a great wealth of knowledge, team spirit and growth mindset to the agency. Holly enjoys providing clients with options for commercial, life and investments, so clients can get advice to make a better decision for their future endeavours. Holly has a family of three and was a first time Nannie in March of this year (2025). When Holly is not providing solutions to clients, she can be found enjoying family time, going to community events, making memories with friends and being the best Nan to Baby Ronin.

Melissa has been with Co-operators since March 2019. She is the first face you see when you come in and the cheerful voice you hear when you call in. Melissa works as our receptionist and billing specialist, directing the flow of client requests for appointments and any other needs they may have. Melissa can be described as outgoing, friendly and organized. She creates a bright and inviting atmosphere our clients love.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her spouse and children. They all love some good competition in outdoor games. They also love to travel around the island to see what new spots they can find.

Nicky Gaudet
Client Contact Representative
Nicole (Nicky) Gaudet joined our Agency in 2010, bringing 21 years of client service experience within the financial services industry. She joined as a Client Contact Representative, professionally directing and booking appointments for our walk-in clients and clients reaching out by phone. Also, receiving and processing all payments within the office. Nicky dedicated herself to fostering daily positive client interactions. Now she holds the position of Office Co-ordinator. She works closely with the Financial Advisor and owner to ensure the day-to-day processes follow Agency guidelines and standards. She handles the office administration and offers support to Advisors when needed. She manages our client review program which helps build strong relationships between the Advisor and the client. She ensures that clients receive personalized guidance and advice to navigate their insurance needs and to confirm they receive all applicable discounts. Nicky plans and facilitates a monthly wellness week in the office which provides an opportunity to strengthen our mental health and foster excellent team building and engagement.
She loves her family and treasures the time they spend together. She loves travelling with her husband, shopping, reading and everything to do with wellness.

Samantha enjoys making memories with her husband and two sons. Tony joined our team in the Summerside office in September 2022. He is an Associate Insurance Advisor II providing services in home insurance, auto insurance, Facility Association Nordic auto insurance, travel insurance, and commercial insurance. With his insurance background of over twenty-five years, he is a passionate advisor who provides outstanding service to our clients.
In his free time, Tony enjoys swimming and volunteering at the Lions Club Summerside, PEI Connectors, and Immigration Refugee Services Association (IRSA).
