I like to tell people that my career started in 1991 when I was two, spending time at my father’s office, while he spent countless hours working to build his company and clientele from almost nothing. Officially, I started my career with The Co-operators in March of 2008. After graduating high school, I was working in the oilfield when, thankfully, John Anderson (then owner/Advisor of John Anderson Agencies) offered me a position at his office. Now, I’ll take this time to acknowledge that I may have had a leg up on the competition (being John’s son) and that my mom more than likely swayed his decision, for which I will be forever grateful. Immediately after I was hired, John tossed me in the fire and, within a span of four months, I obtained my Life/Investment Licence and General Insurance Licence. Like most who start in the industry I spent the bulk of my time helping guide clients through the ins and outs of Auto, Home basic Life insurance. As time went on and opportunities arose, I found myself versed in all lines of insurance with a focus on Life, Business and Farm insurance, as well as Investments.

The last 12 years have been incredibly challenging but, at the same time, incredibly rewarding. Having started as an Associate Insurance Advisor, working my way to Associate Financial Advisor, I am now proudly (as of April 1, 2019) the Financial Advisor/Owner of Anderson Insurance Group.

I believe deeply in following the legacy my father started by providing exceptional client service, and creating deep and lasting relationships with our clients. If I took anything from my father over the last 12 years it would be: provide exceptional service, be genuine and treat every client like they are a part of the family.

My spare time is filled by spending time with my wife, Kalee, and our dog, Luna, doing anything and everything we possibly can together or by working on my side project, Northmen Coffee Co.

I began my insurance career with The Co-operators in 1998, when John was the Financial Advisor/Owner of this agency, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him for five years. Afterwards, I took a hiatus from the insurance industry and worked at the Kitscoty High School for many years, enjoying every minute working with teenagers. I decided to come back to the insurance industry in June 2019 and, thankfully, Bradie was hiring. I’d boast that I’ve worked for two generations at The Co-operators, but that just makes me sound old!

It’s incredible that, after all these years, we still have so many amazing clients that I previously got to know so well and are still insured with our office! Maintaining past clients' insurance needs and developing new relationships are the best part of my job. I have my Level 2 General Insurance Licence and have been trained in Auto and Home insurance.

I’ve been happily married for over 30 years and we have two amazing adult children. My passions include researching health alternatives, any and all animals, and fishing while basking in the sunshine on our pontoon.

My career with The Co-operators started in May 2012. I believe my father-in-law (John) hired me in the hopes I would help keep his son Bradie (my husband) in line to take over his much-cherished clients once he finally decided to retire.

Bradie and I enjoy travelling to BC to visit my family and spending time at the lake in northern Saskatchewan with his family. Our pup, Luna, also enjoys travelling with us and spending the occasional day in the office as a non-registered therapy dog. The staff and clients that stop in when she is here absolutely love her.

If you would have asked me in 2012 where I would be now, I wouldn’t have said a Client Contact Representative in the insurance industry. This was not my first choice of career, but as luck would have it, was one of the best decisions I made and the perfect fit for our family business.

I was born and raised in the Czech Republic where I completed my master’s degree in business before I decided to explore the world. Eight years ago, I was enchanted by Canadian nature and its lovely winters and decided to make it my new home.

After years of experience in creating outstanding customer relationships, I found my new destiny when I got the opportunity to work with a wonderful group of people at Anderson Insurance Group – The Co-operators.

I obtained my Level 1 Home and Auto insurance licence in 2018 and have had the pleasure of helping people with their insurance needs ever since. The experience of watching a satisfied client, who is treated with professionalism and respect, leave our doors is the best drive to get person out of bed every morning.

Just recently I completed my Level 2 licence and can’t wait to take on the Business insurance world!

Both my husband and I are very passionate about travelling and learning about different cultures, and that is why we spent over two years exploring South, Central and North America. We both love hiking (as the world just looks so much more beautiful from the top of the mountain), skiing (as long as it's not -50 C) and food (although I'm not sure whether I like eating or preparing it more).
