Nobody knows better than Isabel Delaney how life can change in an instant. At 26 years old, Isabel, along with her husband and daughter, were critically injured in a car accident that tragically resulted in the loss of her son, David.
The kindness shown to Isabel and her family by their community made Isabel realize that she could truly make a difference in the lives of others.
Isabel now leads a team of six and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone is happy to go to work each day.
The most rewarding part of Isabel's job is when she can provide relief for her clients during the most difficult time of their lives.
When Isabel is not at the office, she's sharing belly laughs with friends, being spoiled rotten by her husband, Garth, snuggling with her adorable dog, Angus, or relaxing with her family at their modest little cottage by the sea, which is lovingly called “Dave's Place.”

Colleen McCourt

Insurance has always interested Colleen McCourt. Growing up, her best friend's mom worked for Co-operators and she always admired her professionalism and ability to help people when they needed it. Now, Colleen has that same opportunity to help people.
Prior to joining Delaney Financial Inc. in 2015, Colleen worked in the financial industry, as well as in a customer service role in the health and wellness field. In addition to assisting Isabel, Colleen works with our clients to provide personal insurance and financial advice. She can also help you provide for your financial future.
Colleen enjoys interacting with and educating her clients. While she loves her job, she also loves spending time with her family.

Geeta Patni

Geeta came to us from Ontario and joined our office in August 2022. Geeta specializes in auto insurance and loves working with clients, reviewing their policies, making sure they know exactly what coverage they’re carrying, and explaining why they need it.
Geeta has been helping us get our clients set up for Online Services while reviewing and updating their policies. It’s much more efficient for our clients when they’re signed up for Online Services.
Geeta has worked in insurance for seven years and comes to us with lots of experience. We are so grateful to have her on our team; her knowledge and expertise in multiple lines, including life, business and home insurance have certainly helped all of us in the agency.
We are glad that Geeta and her husband, Deepen, and their children have decided to make PEI their new home.

Jim Chandler

Jim Chandler has always enjoyed helping people meet their needs and has done so in a professional role his entire adult life. Jim started his career in sales, and joined Co-operators in 2005.
Jim specializes in home insurance and enjoys finding solutions to help protect what matters most. He takes time to educate his clients about the potential risks of owning a home and asks himself what he would do in his clients' situation to be best protected.
When he's not at work, Jim is likely supporting Charlottetown's sport community as an organizer, volunteer or spectator, or doting on his granddaughters, along with his wife, Kathy.

Mohammed Abuzaina
Associate Insurance Advisor
Mohammed joined our team in February 2023 and we have enjoyed watching him excel at every learning opportunity he's encountered. He graduated UPEI in 2022 with his degree in business administration. To say he is a fast learner would be an understatement. Since joining our team, he has completed the general licensing exam and his basic intro training, as well as his auto courses.
He is the friendly face you will see at the front desk when you come in to make your payments, and he will be able to help you with all your auto service. We all feel like we have worked with him for years because he fits into our office culture so well. We are thrilled that Mohammed decided to make PEI home after graduating. He is originally from Egypt and speaks both Arabic and English fluently.
When Mohammed is not hard at work, he enjoys video games, hanging out with his friends, and spending time at the beach in summer.

Tom Neveu
Associate Insurance Advisor
Tom Neveu first joined Co-operators at his father-in-law's rural Ontario branch, where he worked as a business and farm representative for more than 10 years. In 2016 Tom and his wife, Chrissy, made the move to Charlottetown, PEI where they had always dreamed of living.
Tom and Chrissy moved their lives to New Argyle, and he started working at Delaney Financial Inc. It’s easy to see how Tom has been recognized as top commercial producer more than once in the district. Tom considers it his business to know the businesses and farms of his clients and works hard to ensure they have adequate coverage in place to protect all their valuable assets.
In his downtime, Tom and his wife enjoy an active social life, which revolves mostly around the busy athletic schedules of their two children.
