Joe has been with Co-operators since 1999; he started his insurance and financial planning career in nearby Carleton Place. In 2003 Joe joined Co-operators National Financial Planning team, helping other advisors with developing financial and estate plans. He has also been responsible for helping new agency owners learn how to operate their business.  

Running his own operation now, he brings all his experience to his team and the clients of Smiths Falls. His leadership extends beyond planning, as he works to create a supportive and innovative environment where both clients and his team can thrive. Clients know they can count on Joe for guidance that is thoughtful, strategic and grounded in years of proven experience.

In her current role, Christine advises clients on combining insurance products including life, disability, critical illness with tailored investment and mutual fund solutions through Co‑operators Financial Investment Services Inc. She guides individuals, families and business clients in making informed decisions by analyzing their financial situations, identifying areas of risk and recommending well-structured plans that balance protection and growth. Crystal has been in the Smiths Falls agency since 2018 and spent time working with the Co-operators claims department, she returned to the agency missing the client interactions.
