With her background as a CCA, Hilary provided homecare services to seniors in Dartmouth for four years before joining Co-operators in early 2019. She specializes in home and auto insurance and brings her big smile, small town charm and slight Cape Breton accent to our office. Outside of the office, Hilary’s interests include camping, hiking, fishing, ATVing, bad puns, dad jokes, reading and music.

Nikole’s career in insurance began with Co-operators in Ontario in 2016. She has helped clients on both the service side and claims side of our industry. Originally from Bridgewater, Nikole returned to Nova Scotia in 2020 and joined our team in May 2023. With seven years of experience in the insurance industry, Nikole possesses the licensing and knowledge needed to offer the best possible service to her clients. Nikole now specializes in home, auto and business insurance. She strives to educate her clients on the best possible coverage for their individual needs. When not at work, she enjoys travelling, volunteering, tennis, golf, hiking and being a true soccer mom to her teenage son.

With over 16 years of experience in retail sales, Pamela joined our team in October 2023. She graduated with a diploma in Business Administration from Maritime Business College in 2017. Pam’s long history in customer service has given her the ability to give our clients a warm and friendly experience when calling our office. Her goal is to make every client feel as though they are a valued member of the family. Pam spends her free time reading, going for long walks and spending time with good friends.
