Shae-Lynn has been with Co-operators since 2017 and has become an integral member of the team. Shae-Lynn is a proud Chatham resident who enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Matt, and their two adult children.

Tiffany Thompson

Associate Insurance Agent

Tiffany was born and raised in Chatham-Kent (living in Dresden, Wallaceburg and Chatham), only leaving for a short while to attend Windsor’s St. Clair College to complete a Business Marketing diploma.

She currently lives in Chatham with her husband of 20 years, three wonderful teenagers, two dogs and two cats. Her family is very active in sports, (hockey, competitive swimming, golf, volleyball, and boating). She is passionate about advocacy for juvenile arthritis and anaphylaxis.

Tiffany has been actively involved through the years in customer service and foster care and has served on various boards. She recently made the change to insurance after her husband enjoyed many years in the industry.
