Tracey began her career with Co-operators after completing her education in Business Management and Marketing.

Associate Financial Advisor
Jadyn joined the family business (she is Tracey's eldest daughter) with a Bachelor of Management degree, specializing in business development and marketing. She wears many hats on the Agnew Insurance team as a licensed Associate Financial Advisor, helping our home, auto and life clients protect what's most important. She is also our rock star when it comes to client inquiries, marketing and community initiatives. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our office runs smoothly.
As a hockey fanatic, Jadyn loves going to Flames games, and catching the Blackhawks on TV. She's a foodie and is always up to trying new kinds of food. Jadyn loves to travel and has already visited 12 different countries around the world including Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore!

Janice Castaneda
Associate Insurance Advisor
Janice joined Agnew Insurance Ltd in 2021, bringing her many years of insurance experience to the team. Janice began her insurance career in San Francisco, California as a home and auto specialist. After a short break and a move to Calgary, she found herself back in the industry. Nineteen years later, she is an Associate Insurance Advisor specializing in home, auto and business insurance with Co-operators.
It is Janice’s passion to look after the best interests of others. She always puts herself in her clients' shoes and treats them as she would want to be treated. She believes that client service comes first and does not end at the time of the sale; building strong relationships is what matters most.
During her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring new places and taking spontaneous road trips. With a proud Asian background, food is a hot topic in the Castaneda household. Janice and her family love trying out new restaurants and supporting the local food scene. Associate Insurance Advisor
Martin is the newest addition to Agnew Insurance Ltd. He's a positive person with a lifelong belief that you find fulfilment when you give back and make a positive impact on others. Martin brings valuable experience as an associate insurance advisor from Hong Kong. With a strong focus on customer service, he is dedicated to supporting our clients. He's always willing to help, ensuring our clients' needs are met with satisfaction.
Outside of work, Martin is passionate about outdoor activities, such as soccer, hockey, camping and exploring the mountains. He enjoys the sun and spending quality time with his family and friends. He is also actively involved with church community service and voluntary work where he enjoys giving back and making a positive impact on the community.

Michael Hogan
Associate Insurance/Financial Advisor
Michael has been a member of the Agnew Insurance team since 2017 as our licensed Associate Financial Advisor specializing in home, auto and life insurance. Michael began his career in real estate, helping his clients purchase their largest investment. He has always had a passion for the housing industry and is now working with clients to ensure their living spaces are properly protected.
When not in the office, you can find Michael enjoying his time doing anything sports related! His winters are spent at the hockey rink and summers on the baseball diamond or the football field. Michael likes to keep active and busy by escaping the city life to the mountains whenever he can.

Sara Livermore
Farm Specialist
Sara joined the Agnew Insurance team with eight years of experience in personal lines insurance. She joined the insurance industry after 12 years in the car dealership world in administration and finance. Sara is your go-to Associate Insurance Advisor for high-value, custom home and farm insurance needs, including hobby farms, tractors and equipment. With her knowledge of the industry, she knows how important it is to ensure that our clients’ unique needs are understood and met through the right coverage at competitive rates.
Outside of the office, Sara loves taking in some powder time in the mountains with her two kiddos and family. When the sun comes out, lake life is a priority for Sara and she spends as much time as possible boating, rafting and grilling up her favourite food - steak! She has become accustomed to the farm lifestyle with her dedicated involvement in the Airdrie Pro Rodeo and 4H and helping her partner out with those long harvest days.
