He says, “I knew that working in this industry was right for me.” After joining the firm, he achieved his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation through the Insurance Institute of Canada in April 2007. He is also pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. His focus is providing coverage for Home, Auto, Business, Farm, Life, Critical Illness, Disability and Investments. Born and raised in Almonte, he still lives in the community and enjoys spending precious time with his family.

Brenda started with The Co-operators in 2002 and spent eight years in Agency and Claims positions. After an eight-year move to working in agriculture, she rejoined The Co-operators in 2018 to resume protecting community members through Farm, Auto, and Home insurance. She shares a passion for farming with her husband through their multi-generation seed business. She is actively involved in community as a member of the Mississippi Mills Agricultural Committee, Pakenham Fair, and Lanark County Federation of Agriculture. She spends as much time as possible outdoors and has a love for personal fitness and preserving the spoils of their garden for yearlong enjoyment.

Kathryn’s tenure with The Co-operators started in 2010 and she has also worked in the insurance industry as both a broker and an agent for over 20 years. This diversity allows her to assist clients in understanding their insurance options with a more in-depth view. Community service has always been important to her, and in addition to various volunteering roles, she was a community leader with MADD for several years. After over 35 years of marriage, along with three children who are on their own, she and her husband now keep busy with their miniature Yorkie. Her favourite hobbies are travelling, dancing, and watching movies.

He is also pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Before joining the insurance industry, he served as a maintenance supervisor in a long-term care facility and worked as a chef. He enthusiastically says, “I like my job because I enjoy dealing with people and love the sales side of the business.” His hobbies include fishing, boating, gardening, and baseball. Born and raised in Almonte, he has lived in Carleton Place since 2004. He and his wife, Kate, have been married since 2007 and they have two young children.
