Prior to entering the insurance industry, Carolann secured a diploma in Information Technology, which aids in the stellar client experience she provides. Carolann specializes in Commercial Insurance, and readily lends her knowledge of Home and Auto insurance when and where needed. She consistently strives to meet client needs without compromise of education and recommendations for best in class insurance protection. Jacqui Richardson-Brown

Associate Insurance Advisor

Jacqui has been on the Co-operators team of associates since March 1998, and received a Service Recognition Award for 20 years of service. She has a B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Jacqui is the Home and Auto associate for our clients. She has a wealth of knowledge both in Co-operators products and the personal lines risk-management industry as a whole. Jacqui offers a warm and inviting client experience, as she is very much a people person with a comfortable, calm presence.
