Steven was born and raised in the little town of Allenford, 15 minutes outside Owen Sound. This is his 14th year with Co-operators, and he is very knowledgeable in all areas of the insurance business. Steven is new to Chatham-Kent, bringing his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters to this beautiful community. Steven specializes in financial planning and advice to help our clients and community achieve financial security and independence, while also assisting clients with their Business insurance needs. Steven has achieved his CFP, CLU, and CHS financial designations to provide exceptional support to clients.

Tiffany was born and raised in Chatham-Kent, (living in Dresden, Wallaceburg and Chatham) only leaving for a short while to attend Windsor’s St. Clair College to complete a Business Marketing diploma.
She currently lives in Chatham, with her Husband of 20 years, three wonderful teenagers, two dogs and two cats. Her family is very active in sports, (hockey, competitive Swimming, golf, volleyball, and boating). She is passionate about Advocacy for Juvenile Arthritis and Anaphylaxis.
She has been actively involved through the years in customer service, foster care, and on various boards. She recently made the change to insurance after her husband has enjoyed many years in the industry.

Shelby Heyink

Shelby was born and raised in Chatham-Kent (now in Bothwell). Shelby attended Chatham St. Clair College's nursing program, but decided on a change after completion.
Shelby is very passionate about client-relationships and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Shelby loves spending time her family, boyfriend and stepson. Shelby is also very involved in sports and exploring the outdoors frequently (fishing, boating, ATV riding) with her two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Charlie and Maple.
