I have been with Co-operators since 1983. I have operated three successful sales offices and have an extensive claims background that has allowed us to identify and protect client needs. I am a Chartered Insurance Professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada (1991), a Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Health Insurance Specialist with Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada, as well as a Certified Financial Planner.

Jackie moved to Airdrie in 2000 with her family after growing up in Calgary. After staying at home for 12 years to raise her four children, Jackie joined us part-time in 2010. Her first role was our Client Contact Representative. As customer service is a priority for her, she wanted to be able to help out more with our clients. Jackie is now a full-time Associate Insurance Advisor, helping our clients with their auto, home, farm, business, special events and travel insurance needs.

Hobbies

When Jackie is not working you can find her at sports venues watching her children play the games they love. She also enjoys painting, baking custom cakes and home design. What Jackie loves most about her job is the interaction with our clients and helping them understand their policies.

Kylie has worked with Rockyview Insurance Services since 2020. She started working with us because of her love for the customer service agency; one of the parts of her job she enjoys most is being able to offer advice tailored to fit each client’s unique needs.

Outside of the office Kylie enjoys travelling (she's been to nine different countries) and listening to country music. She has a family of three and her daughter just turned one.

Nicole has been with Co-operators just over a year.

Her goal was to find a great career opportunity within the community doing something that was both meaningful and enjoyable. She had an interest in the insurance industry and previous career experience in a similar environment, so this felt like a great fit.

Hobbies

Outside of the office, Nicole is an amateur photographer, artist and avid horse enthusiast. She has ridden horses most of her life and recently discovered a love of riding motorcycles, as well.

Nicole has a special place in her heart for rescued animals and has fostered several dogs and cats over the years through the Calgary- and Edmonton-based rescue.

Nikki has worked with the Co-operators since September 2023. She is currently working towards her General Level 1 Licence and Life Insurance Licence.

Nikki is committed to providing clients with the best customer service and ensuring that they obtain the products and knowledge that are right for them. She's excited about helping clients feel prepared and have peace of mind that they have a solid plan in place to protect their loved ones.

Hobbies

Outside of the office, her favourite thing to do in her spare time is read. She feels that every genre has amazing books, but she most enjoys fantasy and horror.

Nikki also spends a lot of her time with her dogs, going to parks and hiking with them.

Travis spent his early career in the financial services industry and has recently made the switch to insurance. He joined Co-operators in September 2022 and specializes in home, auto and business insurance.

Travis moved from Calgary to Airdrie in 2017 and found the transition to be warm and welcoming. Community has always been a priority for him and it’s a quality passionately shared by everyone here at Co-operators.

Tyler has been in the financial services industry since 2008, and joined our Co-operators family in April 2015. Insurance is not a one-size-fits-all industry, and Tyler firmly believes in having a complete insurance conversation with every one of his clients. This enables Tyler to ensure that each client leaves the office with the protection and peace of mind they deserve.

Currently specializing in life insurance and investments, Tyler also assists with business, farm, home and auto insurance.

Tyler relocated to Airdrie from Calgary with his wife in March 2015, and they both enjoy the intimate, small-town feel.
