She then moved to Business insurance and obtained her Life licence in 2009, and in 2014 managed the Bay Roberts Co-operators office. In 2015 she became the Owner Operator of the Conception Bay South Agency, where she also resides. It's important to Rhonda to be active in her community by making donations to The Salvation Army, The CBS/Paradise Food Bank, Kids Eat Smart Foundation, The Ronald McDonald House, and more. In 2016, Rhonda won the Co-operators Community Achievement Award.
