Joanie has been with Co-operators for more than 14 years. As Office Manager, she works with the Financial Advisor/Owner to coach, lead, develop and sustain a high-performance team. She develops processes to comply with agency service guidelines and standards, participating in and overseeing the client review process, bridging relationships between the Financial Advisor and clients, and marketing. In addition, Joanie has a general insurance licence for Auto and Home insurance.

Joanie resides in Dunedin with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. She loves summer, travelling and entertaining at home. She screams too loud at hockey games; it's because her hair is red.

As an Associate Insurance Advisor, Lori’s responsibilities include serving new and existing Auto insurance clients, issuing Travel insurance policies, and completing client reviews. With her strong product knowledge, she helps staff understand processes and underwriting guidelines.

Lori lives in Chepstow with her husband, Billy, and Buddy, their black lab. She loves entertaining family and friends, hanging out with her nieces and nephews, the beach, nature and travelling.
