Adam Funnell

Adam began his career with the agency in 2001 as a Sales Associate. Within the first year, he began selling Life insurance and became an Associate Financial Advisor. On January 1, 2012, Adam took over the agency from Judy, and in his first year became an Executive Builder member.

Adam is involved in many groups and organizations in the community. Along with being Past President of the Rotary Club of Ingersoll, Adam is the Vice President of PlayRight, a non-profit corporation partnered with the Town of Ingersoll to upgrade local playground structures. Adam is a former director of the Alexandra Hospital, Secretary of the Woodstock Volleyball Club and was listed as one of Oxford County's "Top 20 under 40" in 2012. The Town of Ingersoll recognized Adam as their Citizen of the Year in 2014, the first person under 40 to ever be given the honour.

Michelle Duquette

Michelle Duquette, Associate Financial Advisor

Michelle began working for the agency in 1997. Michelle offers a wide range of insurance expertise, having completed her Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2010. Michelle has been recognized as a Rising Star leader several times, and currently manages the agency's very large Farm insurance portfolio. Michelle has been involved in various organizations over the years, including the Oxford Trail Riders and the Salford Community Centre Board. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and horseback riding.

Sarah Voigt

Sarah Voigt, Associate Financial Advisor

Sarah came to our agency in 2009 from the Law Administration program at Fanshawe College. She quickly became a key member of the team, managing the Auto insurance portfolio. Sarah now handles Auto, Home, and Life insurance for our clients. Sarah is a Big Sister with Big Brothers & Big Sisters, and volunteers for several organizations in the community.

Amy Brekelmans

Amy Brekelmans, Associate Insurance Advisor

Amy came to our agency in 2011 after working for another large insurer for the past 10 years. Amy's organization skills and knowledge of insurance have been strong assets to the agency. Amy currently works out of our Dorchester location servicing our clients' Auto and Home insurance needs.

Tina Readman

Tina Readman, Associate Insurance Advisor

Tina began her career with Funnell Insurance Group in June of 2012. Since that time, Tina has taken on a lot of responsibility, working daily with our Auto insurance clients. Tina works with Big Brothers & Big Sisters in their in-school mentoring program, as well is a coach in Woodstock Minor Baseball.

Darryl Walker

Darryl Walker, Personal Financial Planner

Darryl joined Funnell Insurance Group in the fall of 2016. Darryl brings financial planning experience from 15 years at one of the largest banks in Canada, leaving his position as Senior Financial Advisor to work closer to home and within his community. 

Darryl graduated from the University of Windsor in 2001 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and continued his education with the Canadian Securities Institute, obtaining his Financial Management Advisor and Personal Financial Planning Diploma.

Darryl grew up and continues to reside in Ingersoll with his wife and daughter. He currently is the commissioner of the Ingersoll Basketball Association, a recreation men's basketball league.
