Saskatchewan PST expanded to include insurance premiums
When the Saskatchewan government released their budget on March 22, 2017, it included an increase of the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) from 5% to 6%. In addition, the PST will now apply to insurance premiums for group plans. This tax change will impact groups with plan members in Saskatchewan.
