We value our relationship with you and work hard to ensure you experience quality client service. We recognize there may be times when we do not deliver our service as planned. If you have a concern about your claim, policy or the service you have received, we want to hear from you.
Please ensure that you have followed the appropriate steps in our Complaint Resolution Process prior to approaching the Office of the Ombudsman for assistance. If all the steps have not been taken, your concerns will be referred to the appropriate level of support.
The Ombudsperson is responsible for:
- Overseeing the complaint handling process
- Ensuring your complaint is addressed
- Ensuring that you receive a letter if your complaint cannot be resolved
NOTE: The Ombudsperson Liaison Officer cannot enter into the investigation, negotiation or settlement of an insurance claim or inquire into matters that are being, will be, or have been dealt with by a court or a dispute resolution process.
