Stability of premium. We offer stable rates to minimize the likelihood of premium increases. If an increase of more than 5% is required, we will give you a minimum of 12 months notice to budget for necessary adjustments.

Affordability. We’re committed to helping you manage the affordability of your insurance program by providing risk management tools and annual policy reviews.

Accessibility. Our specially trained agents have insurance expertise to the voluntary sector. You’ll have access to help by telephone, Internet, and a 24-hour claims emergency hotline.

Maintaining Insurability. You’ll get free access to our risk management workshops, online resources, and knowledgeable staff to get you better access to insurance and keep your insurance costs down.

Cancellation. If policy cancellation is necessary, you'll get six months notice so you have enough time to find a new insurer.

Giving back to the community. To show our appreciation for all the important work you do, we’ve created a special nonprofit fund to help support voluntary sector organizations, so you can continue your important contribution to the community.
