Tracy joined Vern Furtney Agency team in 1998 in the role of auto sales and service specialist. Since then Tracy's role has expanded to include the sale of travel and home insurance as well as Office Manager. Tracy and her husband Eddie reside in St Catharines.
Valerie is fully licensed to assist your household with Critical Illness, Life Insurance, "Mortgage" Insurance, Homeowner's or Renter's Insurance, and retirement planning including tax minimization using the T.F.S.A. and R.R.S.P concepts.

Milia is our agency's contact focal point with our clients. Milia manages our email data base, communicates regularly with our clients providing them with bulletins, news and updates via email, phone and in-person. She also assists our Agent, Vern as well as Tracy our Office Manager, in their scheduling of appointments with our clients. Milia has over 10 years experience in the industry and is fully licensed to assist you with Home and Auto Insurance. Milia, her husband Jeff and their two children reside in Thorold.
