Ron began his career in 1978 in the family agency, Betcher’s Agency. He gained valuable experience with The Co-operators as a Claims Representative in Calgary, and then returned to Swan River as a Co-operators Sales Associate.
In his current role as Agency Manager, Ron enjoys helping people build customized insurance plans by providing solutions to fit their needs. As well, his extensive experience in the industry helps Ron in agency management, staffing and client relations.
Terry specializes in the administration of Habitational and Farm insurance products. She reviews information for each policyholder and supports the office with any policy changes. Terry’s caring personality makes her a pleasure to deal with, and all clients feel comfortable to ask her questions about their policies. Terry’s main focus is to meet with clients to review the insurance they currently have, as well as offer suggestions on how they can better protect themselves and potentially save money based on their insurance needs.
Sheila Sawchuk
Sheila joined the Swan Valley Insurance Group team after spending several years in the health care field. It was in this line of work where Sheila learned the importance and meaning that one person can make. As the Agency Contact Representative, Sheila is making a difference by fulfilling the important function of communicating with clients to arrange yearly reviews of their insurance coverage with the agent. Sheila acts as a liaison for the agent when arranging meetings for new insurance business, communicates special offers to existing clients and offers a warm greeting to everyone that comes to our agency.
