I joined The Co-operators on May 23, 2008 as a Sales Associate after obtaining my General Insurance Licence (OTL). My previous experience in the Insurance industry was as Living Benefits Administrator providing administrative assistance at an executive level. As a Sales Associate, my main function is to serve our home, auto and travel insurance clients. I’m looking forward to further develop my career within the company and the industry through on-going courses and training and by obtaining my life insurance licence.

What I enjoy most about my job is that every day is unique and exciting. I enjoy getting the chance to meet our clients and to offer and inform them about all our products and services. My job gives me the opportunity to meet extraordinary people and the ability to utilize my administrative, customer service and language skills so that we can meet our client’s requirements and help them to understand how their policy works.

Catherine Robb has recently joined The Co-operators team beginning her career with us in May 2008. Catherine has obtained her general insurance license which provides her with the knowledge base to provide our clients with auto, travel, home and title insurance products and continues to expand her knowledge through intense training courses and continuing study. Of The Co-Operators Catherine says, "I really enjoy working with the clients and continually strive to ensure that I provide them with the knowledge and information that they require to select the policy that best fits their needs.
